Word on Passwords
In order to provide a more flexible, powerful, and up to date Online
Membership Directory, we have implemented a new database system. This new
database is separate and more secure, which means you will have two sets
of IDs and Passwords, one for the Membership Directory and one for all
other password protected pages on the BritishAmerican Business website. Please read
below for more details on how to gain access and retrieve lost passwords.
One significant impact this has on the BritishAmerican Business website is in access
management to password protected areas of the BritishAmerican Business website and the Online
Membership Directory. The two systems are NOT integrated at this time,
though it is planned for a future re-design of the website in 2004. This means that
you will have an ID and Password for the BritishAmerican Business website membership only
pages as well as a SEPARATE password and ID for the Online Membership Directory.
